Yoga w/ Kate Motto

Join us at BDP for yoga with Kate Moto on Mondays from 6pm-7pm. Spend an hour being kind to yourself with this gentle flow inspired yoga class. Beginner friendly, and all levels of practice are welcome. A mat, as well as a towel or blanket, drinking water, and comfortable clothing are recommended. Free and open to the community, with donations appreciated.
