It's amazing what the human body can do if you take care of it. Every Thursday at 6pm spend an hour being kind to yourself with CYT Jackie Morone in this FREE combination Hatha/Vinyasa yoga class. Our focus will always be on basic postures and breathing techniques, but I like to incorporate a few dynamic poses for fun and challenge! Beginner yogis are encouraged but all levels are welcome to join. Please dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, any props you may need, water, and an open heart. Donations appreciated.
