Welcome to a weekly total body workout for bodyweight beginners!
We will be doing a Pilates-inspired workout to Indie-Pop jams.
I will be teaching basic, essential moves, and proper form for safety and effectiveness to strengthen your entire body.
I will work with everyone individually to build movements up to everyone's fullest potential!
This event is for all skill levels, so if this is your first time, it's the absolute best time to come out.
This week will focus on core strength, balance, and flexibility.

Please make sure to bring a mat and water.
Wear comfy clothes you are ready to sweat in, sneakers, and a smile!

This event is FREE but 10% of any donations will be donated to 4Ocean.
