Join Tan Shakti (RYT) for a relaxing open air yoga class in the plaza. This class is based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga which integrates mind, body, energy, and breath. We will practice basic postures/exercises that focus on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control.
All levels, including beginners are welcome to join. Dress comfortably, bring your yoga mat, and any props you may need.
This class is taught for free, donations appreciated.
