Come out and start your day off right with a unique and diverse movement practice that will help you release tension, clear your mind, loosen your body, and experience a boost of energy for your day! 

 This FREE session will feature a variety of dynamic movements, stretches, and flows that are inspired by yoga and Qigong. 

 The instructor emphasizes the following principles to help each student get the most out of their movement practice:

   a. Exploring the body with curiosity

   b. Saying "Hello" to each part of the body

   c. Finding diversity in each movement / stretch

   d. Connecting with your breath

   e. Finding your "edge" 

 Morning Movement starts at 9 am. Music selection will be Jazzy, Funky, and more! Children are welcome to attend. We hope to see you there!
